Our Modular buildings are sustainable and local. All of our Modulars are constructed at our far East Gippsland Facility, just outside Orbost. In-house manufacturing saves time and ensures efficient use of materials. As all major construction is completed at our factory, site disturbance and
disruption is minimised.

Our Compact Studio modular is designed for a variety of uses, including a home office through to a teenage retreat or perhaps a home gym. Choose from three different lengths to suit your needs.
